Hi there, I just want to report on the donation we made to the Oregon Humane Society for their annual fundraiser last Saturday night, July, 19th. Olsen donated four cases of Viridian Pinot Gris and four of Pinot Noir which were served with dinner. The event was attended by nearly 200 people.
The event, called “Fetch” was very well organized. It was held on the grounds of the Oregon Humane Society in NE Portland. Our participation was acknowledged by the Executive Director and on placards and menus at the table.
OHS is recognized in Oregon and around the country for its innovation and high return on donations put to work to care for and place animals. They have recently formed a partnership with OSU to train new veterinarians at the center.
It was a source of pride to participate in this worthy cause. Our wines showed well and we contributed to an important Oregon non-profit.
